Coconut Macaroons III
Excellent. I bake these on a pizza stone and have no trouble with sticking. I don't refrigerate the dough. After baking, I take a glass dipped in sugar and slightly tough the tops to flatten and give a sweet sparkle. I do like to add almond flavoring.

Best Beer Cheese Soup
Delicious! Perfect! (I'm wondering why anyone would say there is too strong a beer flavor when this is beer cheese soup.) I do add a cubed potato for my husband who likes more veggies to chomp!

French Silk Chocolate Pie II
I made it and used a hand held mixer! It took a while but was worth the wait. Silky. Shiny. Delicious!
