Rich and Creamy Tomato Basil Soup
This soup is simply delicious. I served it the next day and the basil had blended perfectly.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I used Japanese breadcrumbs which make a very nice crust. But I have to say this Mac is very bland. Today it is so firm I will have to slice it and fry it. Perhaps that will improve it. I think there are better recipes out there. Update: SRIRACHA Hot Chili Sauce saved the day and made it a fantastic dish with a KICK. OK I heated the bowl with the Mac and Cheese in the oven, than added 3/4 c milk and 2 tsp of the HOT Chili sauce. Use less if you don't like spicy. I added some more cheese and baked it another 30 Minutes. Now this is good.

Cream Cheese Pound Cake
This is wonderful. An anusual velvety consistancy. I added vanilla and 1 tsp lemon zest per recommendations. Since I wanted to try it first, I made only half the amount, just enough for a loaf pan.
