Pecan Pie V
Excellent recipe! I doubled the number of pecans and used the lower baking times (350 / 15 min, 300 / 50-55 min).

Basic Flaky Pie Crust
Very flaky! It almost fell apart during assembly, but I saved it and it turned out well. Next time, I will try the trick of putting some wax paper underneath it as I'm rolling it out and flipping it onto the pie plate.

Cranberry Sauce I
Very good flavors (with 50/50 OJ and water and 50/50 white and brown sugar), but the consistency was still a bit runny after cooling thoroughly. I cooked it around 15 minutes. Will try cooking longer and smashing the berries more next time.
