I"m a soouthern city girl who was whisk off to small town Alaska back in 2002. All I can say is Alaska is truely God's country. We are now planning on staying here after retirement.

OOOOO I have some super family recipes I love to cook every Thanksgiving and ya know thats the only time I cook them.

Easy Batter Fruit Cobbler
This was super easy ! The only downfall was it was a tad to sweet. I know how can anything be to sweet?! lol I used fresh frozen blueberries and they worked like a dream. I'm definately passing it on to friends and family.
