Pasta With Tuna Sauce

This was a really great recipe for a quick lunch. I didn't have any capers, but it was still really good. This is definitely a keeper for the lunch menu.

Sweet and Sour Meatballs (Suan T'ien Niu Jou Po Lo La Tzu)

This was so good. It's such a great way to use pineapple and ground beef together. My husband was skeptical when I told him about this recipe, but he loved it. I will definitely be making this again.

Amazing!!!! I made this for my husband and a guest, and they both absolutely loved it. My husband loved it so much he wanted me to make it again only 2 nights after I made it the first time. This will definitely become a regular dinner for us.

Szechwan Shrimp

I tried this recipe last night and was disappointed after what all the reviews had said. It's not a bad recipe, but it is missing something. I'm not sure if it needs more honey, additional vegetables, less ketchup, or something else all together. This recipe has such potential, but I'm not sure how to make it great.

Chocolate Cheesecake II

This is the best chocolatiest cheesecake ever!! My husband loved it so much he wants me to make it for his co-workers. The only thing I did differently was I cut in half the amount of chocolate chips used for the topping.

Flounder Mediterranean

This is a very good flounder recipe. I did it without the olives, and it still tasted great. I'd go easy on the capers because this is a very salty dish. Overall, it's really good and definitely a keeper in my house.

Teriyaki Chicken

One of the best chicken recipes I've tried! It work great with just chicken breasts as well if you only have a couple of people to cook for; you just have to lower the cooking time to about 30 minutes. This is definitely one to make as often as you can.

Mouth-Watering Stuffed Mushrooms

I tried this appetizer on a whim one day, and my husband absolutely loved and requests it quite often. It's a great recipe to entertain with as well. It's so simple and looks like it takes so much more time and effort. I love it!
