Chicken Enchiladas I

this recipie was much too much. i took out the water, bell pepper, and subbed the tomato sauce for a smaller can of mexican spicy tomatoe sauce. (in the yellow can) i think it was 7 or 8 oz. it was good, and grate for kids

this was great had a nice texture to it, and was fun to make, we had it along side a salad and in between bread with tarter sauce and lettuce for a fancy fish sammy.

this was okay. i wish i knew what to serve with it. I tried pasta, and that just made it bland. maybe would be a good dip for shrimp or crackers, It has potential. I just cant see it as a main course.

Chicken Taquitos

i couldnt get the tortillas to roll, the just kept ripping. so i fried the shell by its self, flat, then pput then on a cookie sheet, spoon mixture on top, and cooked in oven for 10 minutes or so, served with guac and sour cream and salsa, it was fun to eat.

wasnt much flavor to this, kinda blah. after i tried it by the recipie, i added 0ne can of kidney beans, and a small can of pickled jalepenos, minced. this added a nice texture and spicy flavor. i served it with totila chips

this i soooo gooood! comfort food at its best! i followed the advise to use mixed frozen veggies instead of mushrooms, and the refrigerator biscuts. it reminded me of home made pot pie.
