Beef is my favorite especially Aberdeen Angus, it makes a perfect dish everytime. My wok is my right hand and my Agar is my left!! My favorite cooking is Chinese dishes. I'm expert in that fields, I mean proper traditional Chinese food. Other than Chinese I love cooking Thai, Vietnamese and Indian they are the next best thing. My triumphs is cooking for 3 generations of my family, which is 38 members. They all loved my food and nothing was left on the plates and that put a big, big smile on my face for an entire week!!
