About this Cook
I am a 2nd year student living in an apartment in Montreal with a passion for cooking. I play many sports but my favorites are soccer, tennis, and frisbee.
My favorite things to cook
I like cooking anything fresh, but risotto and pasta are my two favorite things to cook. I like to try new ingredients to find out what flavors work well together.
My favorite family cooking traditions
Sunday morning breakfast is a big deal in my house. Tradition says that there must be fried starch(crepe or french toast), eggs, meat, and lots of fruit.
My cooking triumphs
I once went lobster fishing in the Caribbean and then cooked the lobster with my group. It wouldn't have mattered how it was seasoned because we were all so exhausted we would have eaten each others' shoes.
My cooking tragedies
While making a pasta sauce for my direct family (14) and my arm slipped while I was stirring in red chili flakes. No pasta sauce has even been so unbearably hot.
