Hearty Turkey Soup with Parsley Dumplings
this was ok,I liked the texture of the dumplings though the whole soup was very bland needs alot more flaver

Quinoa and Black Beans
very good.I added sweet potato, red pepper, cumin and parsley (my husband doesnt like cilantro). Served salsa on the side
