I teach school and have a building of staff members who are more than willing to be guinea pigs for whatever I cook. I make a mean baked chicken parmesan and fiesta lasagna. Grinding cranberries in a meat grinder with orange peels and sugar for Thanksgiving. Also real sugar cookie dough and sneaking down in the middle of the night to eat it raw before we baked it the next day. When the whole family gathers for Christmas I am the Chief Chef Forgetting to put sugar in my peach cobbler
