Sweet Potato Pie IX
This was easy to prepare and turned out beautifully! My Southern husband didn't know a Yankee like me could fix one this good and in 2 days, has eaten the whole pie!

Foolproof Rib Roast
This was the best way I have ever cooked prime rib roast. It was moist inside and crusty on the outside. I did as another lady did and added some beef broth to give more au jus. Easy, easy, easy!

Easy Pickled Beets
I was very busy during the Thanksgiving holidays snd needed a side dish that was easy. Easy Pickled beets filled the bill! Not only was it simple to put together, it got rave reviews from my family and friends!
