This was absolutely scrumptious!!! I could have made a meal out this dish alone. The only slight change I made was to use 1/4 cup sour cream and 3/4 cup low fat yogurt instead of all sour cream to save on the fat content. It looked and tasted great. Thanks so much Lisa

Dijon Garlic Salmon

This was a very tasty and easy recipe and a change from my normal salmon dinners. It tasted and looked like a dish from a fancy restaurant and my hubby loved it. I served it with couscous and a salad. Will definitely make again.

Yummy Chicken

This recipe yielded a very moist chicken, somewhat bland for our taste, but pretty good otherwise. I followed the recipe exactly, but next time I would probably add more garlic and maybe a chopped jalapeno for some kick.

Amazing Pork Tenderloin in the Slow Cooker

This was a big disappointment - the only way I can describe the result is the meat was "grainy" and in all, not much flavour. I'll stick to my other "non-slow cooker recipes from now on for pork tenderloin.

Argentine Lentil Stew

I made this to-night and with very few changes - I added another carrot, some celery and a parsnip I had in the frig. Also I only cooked the lentils 10 minutes before adding the vegetables. We're trying to have more vegetarian meals and we both agree - this is a 10+. I'll definitely be making this more often - really, really delicious.

Tomato Sauce with Sausage

Buttery Corn Bread

Fish in Foil

I was a little skeptical about the peppers, but "wow" what a dish. I rate my recipes 1 to 10, and this one was a definite 10. I'm not all that crazy about fish and I know it's good for you, but this was wonderful. I'll make it many times.

Slow Cooker Latin Chicken

Absolutely delicious - gave the chicken thighs a wonderful flavour and they were moist and tender. My husband absolutely loved it - will definitely make again. (just a very few leftovers for my lunch to-morrow).

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese

Really delicious. A very different Mac and Cheese with a wonderful flavour. I would not hesitate to make it a part of a company dinner. Will make this one over and over. Also, I know the recipe added a 1/2 cup of milk to prevent drying out, but if you have a lot of leftovers and want to reheat more than once, no problem in adding milk again and again. Just pour over the top and reheat. Yummy!!
