This recipe yielded a very moist chicken, somewhat bland for our taste, but pretty good otherwise. I followed the recipe exactly, but next time I would probably add more garlic and maybe a chopped jalapeno for some kick.

This was a big disappointment - the only way I can describe the result is the meat was "grainy" and in all, not much flavour. I'll stick to my other "non-slow cooker recipes from now on for pork tenderloin.

I made this to-night and with very few changes - I added another carrot, some celery and a parsnip I had in the frig. Also I only cooked the lentils 10 minutes before adding the vegetables. We're trying to have more vegetarian meals and we both agree - this is a 10+. I'll definitely be making this more often - really, really delicious.
