Six Can Chicken Tortilla Soup
This is restaurant quality tortilla soup,if you do the following. Add a can of rotel soup and cream of chicken. I also spicy it up with jalepeno slices and cayanne pepper. Also fix the soup up with lime, sour cream, cheese and cilantro. This recipe is super easy and taste awesome!

Parmesan Chicken II
This recipe is very flavorful and juicy. I used the advise of another member and boiled the chicken in salted water for about 15 minutes, which cut the cooking time to about 20-25 minutes. I also added about 2 tablespoons of heavy cream to the egg mixture for a denser coating since I used egg beaters instead of an actual egg. Great quick and fast recipe.

Angel's Yummy Bruschetta
To add a more savory flavor add a bit of sun dried tomato to the mix. I also add a little lemon juice for a little zest. Let the tomato and basil mixture set in the fridge for about 30 min for a fuller flavor.
