A-Number-1 Banana Cake
i was surprised how much my family loved this cake despite being chocolate freaks. it's a great way to use overly ripe bananas. i didn't have buttermilk, i used sour cream instead. sooooo moist! i also used a cream cheese frosting recipe from this side. delicious!

Slow Cooker Italian Beef for Sandwiches
this recipe couldn't be any easier. i make it just about once a week. the whole family just loves it! thanks for a great recipe!

Sausage Barley Soup
delicious! i made this soup today for the first time and it's wonderful! i doubled the recipe and am glad i did. i made it on the stove top but i'm sure i'll try the crock pot method too. my family just loves this... i'll be making it again soon!
