Angel Shrimp Pasta
I tried this last week and it was one of the best things I have ever cooked, my father a husband loved it and so did the kids...I couldn't find the cheese spread so I just bought a half pound of deli sliced jalapeno jack the land o lakes brand. it was amazing and it goes good with chicken a hamburger as well...I will definitely keep this a a weekly dinner.

Good Old Fashioned Pancakes
I don't know if it's just me or what but every time I make pancakes they are flat and tasteless...so I thought I would try these...they were thicker then I normally have them but still flat..the flavor was ok I did cut out the salt as some suggested but there was still a bit of a salty flavor. I probably will try another recipe before I go back to this one.

Best Ever Banana Bread
I have tried many different recipes for banana bread and this is by far the best... however I change one thing I used brown sugar instead of white sugar other then that I follow it the recipe perfectly and my hubby and father loved it as did I.
