Simple Ranchy Breaded Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Sep. 8, 2008
Good but salty as others have stated. Served with Plain white rice and baked potatoes which took away from the saltiness a bit. My husband AND four year old daughter both enjoyed this.. not an easy feat! lol =) Thanks!

This was a hit in my house!! Even my 4 year old daughter replied "Mommy, this is sooo good!" ..and she's my toughest critic! lol I like to add my own personal touches to recipes =) Used a 16 oz. box of penne. Added garlic salt, black pepper and a little paprika. About a 1/4 cup raw onion and 1/2 cup skim milk. Topped with french fried onions. omg! Indulgent! Served with sauteed smoked sausage and a crisp salad. You have to try it!! =) Thanks Chuck!

Delicious! ...Made a couple revisions.. It's all about personal preferance. Left out the fennel. Added a lb. of ground beef, sautaed with onions.. 1/2 went into the filling and added 1/2 to the sauce. Also added shredded mozz to filling and also topped with before baking.

Muenster-Bacon Stuffed Chicken Breast

Reviewed: Jul. 24, 2008
omg this was good! Used garlic cheese spread instead of the muenster. Made these one night with a girlfriend. It was simple although took a little prep work .. We made a mess in the kitchen (after a glass or two of wine, lol) but had a blast making it! Served with green bean cassarole and garlic bread stix. Will be making again soon!
