I'm a bit of nerd who really got turned onto cooking because of Food Network, mostly Alton Brown's shows. I really enjoy video games and especially enjoy going in depth on whatever I'm interested in online. I love eggs... I think that they are natures most perfect food. The only thing they need most of the time is a little salt. I've also had a good record so far with chicken breasts. I have a Great Aunt who makes the most amazing chocolate sheet cake. Also my grandpa likes to fix Sunday dinner every week. Just a nice old fashioned meat and potatoes sort of meal. My stir fry skill is getting better all the time. Don't really have a wok, but what I've been able to get done in the skillet has been really good. While I was still very new at this, I somehow managed to screw up Alton Brown's Macaroni and Cheese.
