Pumpkin-Pecan Cake Roll
Very tasty cake. I think I cooked a little longer because it cracked when I rolled. It seems many of us experienced this cracking. Roll cake itself was not too sweet, which I liked it, but the frosting was kind of too sweet to my taste. I would use a whole pack of cream cheese with a half cup of confectioners' sugar next time.
