My whole family loved it!! I did use salsa in place of the enchilada sauce & corn tortillas instead of the masa, though. Great way to use up leftover chicken or a store bought rotisserie chicken. Very easy & relatively quick, if you use pre-cooked chicken. Thanks!

I made 2 full pans. NO LEFTOVERS!!! I have 5 picky kids, too. I didn't use the french fried onions, but only because I didn't have any.

The only reason I didn't give this 5 stars is because I have a German grandmother who still makes her own dough. I, however, do not. I also couldn't find frozen dough, except in rolls. Instead, I bought refrigerated pizza crust and pressed it out enough to make 6 bierocks from each can, 2 cans/recipe. The kids loved helping with that part!
