Seven Layer Taco Dip
I used black re-fried beans instead b/c we love their flavor and mixed in a can of black beans for texture. I omitted the mayo - it just seemed unnecessary - didn't miss it a bit. easy to make up the night before a party and assemble just before guest arrive.

Chicken with Mushrooms, Prosciutto, and Cream Sauce
These were great. Simple to make and wonderful in flavor and presentation. served with mashed pot. Will make again for sure. Yummmmy!

Chinese Broccoli
I tried this and added it to cabbage instead. I used one clove of garlic and it was still way too much garlic for my taste. I would make again but omit the garlic - or use garlic powder.
