This is really easy, and tastes incredible with sour cream and chive flavored potatoes. House smells really great too!

I actually liked this more than I thought I would. I might try removing the skin next time.

Easy Chicken Satay

I would give this 10 stars if I could! I developed a peanut allergy as an adult, but grew up with peanut butter as my favorite food. I finally found an almond butter that tastes exactly like peanut butter, and couldn't wait to use in this recipe. It was unbelieveable! I could make this recipe once or twice a week and never tire of it. I served this over brown rice. Amazing.

Russian Mushroom and Potato Soup

Left out the carrots (not a fan), but otherwise followed recipe. Very nice taste, without feeling overly rich. Definitely will make again!

Very tasty. Would have given it a "5" if the calorie content wasn't so high!

Chicken with Chipotle

Reviewed: Nov. 4, 2008
I would give this 6 stars if I could! Totally delicious, tasted really authentic, an dit wasn't very hard at all!. Next time, I'll use boneless chicken breasts, as the best part was wrapping the chicken and sauce in warm corn tortillas...basically, no need for bone-in chicken. This could easily be my new favorite dish!

Pork Tenderloin with Creamy Herb Sauce

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2008
I did not care for the taste of the white wine and carrot combo...for me, it did not work well with the pork. I was truly hoping for a more traditional cream sauce.

Chicken Enchilada Casserole II

I'll give this a 4.5 as I think there was a little too much cheddar. I would use half cheddar, half adifferent cheese next time. Defintitely decadent!

Jalapeno Popper Spread

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2008
Wanted SO BAD for this to be a 5...maybe I did something wrong. But to me, it was way too rich, and it wouldn't stay warm very long. It definitely tasted like a jalapeno popper...just a little rich.

Awesome Slow Cooker Pot Roast

Reviewed: Oct. 31, 2008
The taste was fantastic owith this roast (used chuck roast). However, it would have been perfect if the sauce was a little creamier, and the meat was a little less gray in color.

Chicken Noodle Casserole I

Very tasty. But can also be very bland as originally written. I suggest adding garlic and red pepper flakes, as well as introcing vegetables such as sauteed mushrooms and onions, red bell pepper and corn into recipe. Overall, very tasty.

Chicken Pot Pie VI

Reviewed: Jul. 29, 2008
This recipe is so far one of my favorite things I have cooked since I signed up with All Recipes! It tasted exactly like a Marie Calendars pot pie you would get in the store, only better, and with MUCH healthier ingredients! Definitely brush top crust with an egg wash to get that true golden brown. I could not believe how the crust held up the next day as leftovers. Perfect dish!

Perfect! Many good Mexican restaurants now do this tableside. You can get a mortar bowl at Crate and Barrel, and mix and serve in same bowl, and it looks very impressive.

Take the sugegstion of wrapping the chicken roll-ups in the bacon. It turns out fantastic, and makes it even easier to prepare!

What's not to love?? Add some bacon, and this dish begs to be eaten. I could barely sit the 4 hours it cooked without stealing tastes every now and then!

Really delicious dish. Used turkey instead of beef. A little difficult to determine when meat was thorougly cooked. Not recommended as leftovers. But right out of the oven, it was very, very tasty.

Crispy Chicken Strips

Reviewed: Jun. 22, 2008
I added some red chile flakes as others suggested more flavors. I also used garic flavored potato flakes. Very good. Be careful not to cut strips too small...I did, and found it both messy to prepare and difficult to keep everything turning in skillet. Bigger strips would have made this dish perfect.
