Aimee's Quick Chicken
This was very yummy and easy to make. it was a bit salty; I think that could be solved by using a little less teriyaki. I'll try that next time. Thanks for quick and easy recipe, bf loved it.

Cornell Chicken Marinade
this was an amazing marinade! I wasn't expecting much of it - picked it only because I happened to have all the ingredients in the house. But it's the best chicken I've ever had. Nice and tangy! We cooked it over a little portable charcoal grill while camping - VERY nice.

Salmon With Scalloped Sweet Potatoes
i was disappointed by this recipe. It doesn't do much for the salmon... the potatoes and the overwhelming orange flavor carry the dish. And I used fresh-caught wild Alaskan red! I think a salmon dish should bring out the flavors, not bury them...
