Orange Pork Stir Fry
great recipe as written. I only had fresh broccoli, and Onion. It was great with the pork, I think any meat would work well. I didnt have orange zest, and it was fine with out it. I'll make this one again!

Chimichurri Sauce
I made this sauce to go on Red snapper and it was great. I wanted something way different than the old stand by tarter sauce. I did add a sliver of red onion, and used fresh oregano, and a half cup of olive oil. Over all great, I'll make this again!

Pot Stickers Traditional
These turned out great! A little learning curve for me trying to get them to steam the right way, but it all turned out the way I thought they would. I didnt have any cabbage, so I used chopped shredded carrots instead, it was great. I didnt pre-cook the pork, it was done with the steaming. This recipe makes tons of these, so I refridgerated the meat mix, and made these fried a few nights later! oh and the dipping sauce .... GREAT ! a keeper !
