Hummus III
This hummus recipe was okay, it came out kind of dry. I think I'll stick to the Authentic Kicked-Up Syrian Hummus from this site, that one is awesome.

Pumpkin Apple Streusel Muffins
This muffin recipe was successful, even though I didn't do the streusel topping. The muffins are very sweet, next time I will cut down on the sugar by maybe 1/2-3/4 cup. Good taste, but not outstanding. Could be more pumpkin-y.

Cream Cheese Frosting II
Like other reviewers, I cut the cream cheese down to just one 8 oz container. Used little less than 2 cups of sugar and 1 tablespoon of vanilla. So delicious! I can't wait to try this flavored with other extracts, I think it would be great with rum or almond flavor.
