Rum-Spiked Horchata
I used a bit less milk and vanilla and didn't use rum at all. It's a very sweet and really good served cold. I would probably sieve the liquid a couple of times before adding the condensed milk since you do get small bits of rice at the bottom of the jug.

Brownies I
These came out quite chewy. I like brownies when they're a bit more fudgey but these were a great success at home all the same. I suggest you don't bake more than indicated and also added a teaspoonful of vanilla extract.

Carrot Cake III
There´s too much oil in this! And it is quite flavourless without the pineapple. I'll stick to the Awesome Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Frosting, it's far tastier and smells less like fried carrots.
