Rich Chocolate Brownies
Instead of the frosting in the recipe, I sprinkled about 1 cup of Andes Creme de Menthe chips on top right after taking it out of the oven and then spread it around after the chips melted. Awesome!

Baked Dijon Salmon
I thought this was very good, but not EXCELLENT. I used panko bread crumbs- may have been better with some kind of flavored bread crumbs. I omitted the pecans as hubby doesn't like nuts. Very quick and easy. Would make this again,especially when it isn't grilling weather.

To Die For Blueberry Muffins
Nice cake-like texture. Did not make the crumb topping, just sprinkled with sugar before baking, and still delicious. Baked 18 minutes for 9 muffins. Will definitely make this again!
