Strawberry Freezer Jam

I used the low-sugar Sure Jell (changes: 4 c. fruit, 3 c. sugar), and the recipe is AWESOME. It makes me wish I had vanilla ice cream in the freezer!

English Muffins

I'm not an expert chef, and I hardly have the patience to watch dough raise... but, WOW! This recipe is amazing. Better than Thomas's or Bay's! This English muffin addict will not buy them in a store again.
