About this Cook
I keep very busy traveling and running 3 homes - one being in Costa Rica. I'm passionate about photography, boating and salmon fishing. I always keep an outdoor kitchen Herb garden no matter where I am.
My favorite things to cook
Prime Rib, leg of Lamb - Dungenes Crab, Prawns, scallops with drawn garlic butter and crusty warm bread. I enjoy making soup, baked beans anything where I can control the salt. I use my Crock Pot quite a bit for chicken if I'm out for the day. Use a whole chicken, 2 celery stocks, diced carrots & onion. Put in crock pot, add water turn down to simmer and dinner is ready when we're back - just have to steam some rice. I also make my Yorkies dog food.

Meatloaf Muffins
Yummy - however as I don't care for canned soups for many reasons, I cooked up some veggies ie carrots, celery, corn until nearly fork tender and used the veg broth. equivalent to what you'd have in canned soup. This was more to my liking as I knew what was in the "soup"

Stuffed Baby Yorkies
Easy, easy recipe! I wanted something a little different and didn't have the time to create my own recipe - this fit the bill perfectly and saved me alot of time

Roast Leg of Lamb with Rosemary
This recipe is delicious just the way it is. I did add juice of 1/2 lemon to the marinade as well as the req'd zest. I wanted to be sure the lamb was very tender. This is one of the recipes you can make for the first time for guests and be confident it will be perfect.
