Admittedly I don't think I am a big fan of rice pudding, but I wanted to come up with a way to use my leftover rice from the chinese food. The flavor is very good. Just not sure about the texture. But I am sure that is why I am not a big fan of rice pudding. It would be great for breakfast or as a dessert.

Teena's Spicy Pesto Chicken and Pasta

Great Recipe!!! This was my first time using Pesto at home. And I wasn't more then pleasantly surprised. I added and sauted some garlic in the oil prior to mixing everything together. I was even able to make this during the week. Great quick, easy, and tasty recipe. My 1 year old loved it. ;)
