I just got married on October 11th 2009, and I love to bake, that is what I'm really good at. I'm developing my skills cooking savory dishes so that i don't burn them or make them taste awful. My husband is NOT afraid to tell you when something sucks, there is no beating around the bush with that. I love to decorate cakes and my best friend is a pastry chef. I'm a pro at macaroni and cheese, been cooking that sine i was old enough to reach the stove. I love things that have simple flavors and cooking is a lot of fun to me as it should not be stressful. Desserts Chicken because its really hard to screw that up Taco Ring... if you have never had it, its amazing, usual done on a baking stone, but can be done on a baking pan of any shape.
