I am a student at CSUSM. One year left. YAYYYA!!! I love food, and people who love food :) Mexican for sure!! But I'm trying to cook something new every week. All the women in my family get together to cook tamales before Christmas. I hate tamales, loooove my family. I made chicken Masala recently. It was very scary... but turned out pretty good. I wanted to make a special dinner for this one guy who just happens to be the love of my life, because he was leaving for the weekend. I made a pot roast. Flavor was okaaaaay but it was waaaaaay to well done. chewy like rubber. I think it's safe to say he didn't miss my cooking while he was gone! I
