Penne with Chicken and Asparagus
Even my stepson (who hates all things veggie) loves this recipe. He ate a piece of asparagus 'by accident' and is now completely hooked! I'll definitely be making this again.

Salmon, Rice, and Fried Tomatoes
This recipe was great!! Easy to make, and my fussy husband really liked it; he did add quite a bit of salt though. But he keeps asking when we're going to have it again before he finishes the meal! It's a winner in my book!
