Nancy and I are married 30 years and live on the west coast of Florida. We have 3 sons one daughter and 3 grandchildren. We like hanging around the poolside Tiki bar listening to oldies, watching the kids and of course Karaoke. We like to go to Daytona Beach for vacations. On the cold days we are inside watching football on the big screen or shooting eight ball. Anything on the barbie, chili, gumbo, clam chowder, deepfried turkey and of course "BREAKFAST" all kinds New England boil dinner for me. Nancy likes the traditional Roast Turkey Dinner. It is hard to say. I am always experimenting and trying different recipes. We are usually cooking for a hungry bunch so the food disappears. When my wife Nancy mistakenly (she says) gave me confectionary sugar instead of flour to make roux, for a gumbo. It didn't take long for it to turn into carmel candy.
