I tend to enjoy savoury dishes over sweet ones. Well I know that my family tradition is that we don't use recipes. We whip things together like artists, but this has created now a gap in my life in NOT having learned to cook from recipes, so now I like to try out new recipes, to expand my cooking repertoire. I don't even know how to answer this, other than to say that it's certain a victory when people love your food and invite themselves over again to enjoy your food. That would be a triumph! And it's usually something Asian... Right now I'm without a full oven, in my little apartment. That's a tragedy!
