Blueberry Drop Cookies
These do taste a bit like muffin tops, and they don't spread much at all. I also added a half cup of unsweetened coconut to the batter and they tasted great!

Easy Granola Bars
These are simple to make, tasted great, and won't fall apart provided they are pressed down enough prior to baking and not cutting them until they are completely cooled. I found them to be very rich though, almost like a candy bar!

Portuguese Custard Tarts - Pasteis de Nata
I actually made the custard the day before, then filled and baked the tarts the next day. I agree the puff pastry was not easy to deal with,so I used regular frozen tartlet shells for half of them. The custard was great, though I only used 1/3 cup sugar and still found it a bit too sweet. Will definitely make this again!!
