No Bake Cookies III
My whole family loves these. Even my husband and mother-in-law who normally don't like no-bake cookies couldn't get enough!

Jalapeno Popper Spread
This is my new favorite party dish. I can't say enough about this recipe. Everytime I bring it somewhere several people request the recipe and it is SO EASY. Works wonderful in a crockpot too!

Chicken Puffs
These are very rich and wonderful! We can't make them too often because they're so rich, but I use leftover chicken and they turn out great. would be a wonderful appetizer too!
