Pumpkin Cheesecake Bars

Loved it! Brought to a get together and everyone loved it! Made with yellow cake mix and was perfect. Will make again! I accidentally used squash I had in the freezer instead of pumpkin, but you couldn't tell.

Super good...we didnt even frost them! So good. Be careful and dont add too much filling. It still tastes good, but better if more cupcake and little filling.

Carrot Souffle

Reviewed: Mar. 3, 2009
Not bad. I didnt get the carrots real smooth, so it was a little chunky, but still good. My kids didnt like it. I did cut the sugar in half. It was sweet but not real sweet. Definetly had lots of carrot taste, but sweet carrots. My husband and I liked it. Different way for carrots.

Pork Chop and Cabbage Casserole

Reviewed: Nov. 12, 2008
Very Good & Easy! I didn't shred the cabbage, I just cut it up. I cooked the onions in the leftovers from browning the pork chops, then added the water and soup. And poured over the cabbage and potatoes. Put pork chops on top and done! Easy! I covered the whole thing while baking. I also added salt and pepper, but thats to your own taste. Will make again!

Even my kids liked it. Great for a cold day and so easy to make ahead. Great for company. With a tossed salad and dinner done!

Love this! I cooked the zucchini a few minutes in the oven first. Then stuffed with meat mixture. 1 lb pork sausage, 1 egg, bread crumbs, seasonings...didnt cook sausage first. Put sliced fresh tomatoes on top of sausage mixture. Baked for about 45 mins covered, add cheddar cheese cooked until melted. Super good. will make again next year when have fresh zucchini.
