Browned Butter Vegetables with Almonds

This was pretty good. I didn't have any wine. I was hoping for more of a nutty taste. I'm not sure if because I didn't use the wine it made a difference. I will try again though.

Creamy Macaroni and Cheese with Parmesan Crunch Topping

My kids didn't like it at all and they love mac and cheese. It had no flavor at all. Not sure how to fix it. Will not make again.

Pecan Breaded Chicken Breasts

This was a great chicken recipe. I cut the chicken breast into thin slices and grounded the pecans very small. The only thing I didn't like was it was a little soggy. Otherwise, it was great.
