I'm in the process of starting a BBQ catering Biz in Sunny Colorado. Cooking is my passion and my family sure doesn't mind!! I love to smoke ribs, pork shoulders and turkey breasts. I never make a recipe the same way twice so I'm discovering new faves daily. Cooking it Low and Slow. My BBQ is my biggest triumph. I can't bake at all!! I follow the directions exactly and I end up with burnt edges and raw middle every time.
