I have been a self employed builder for years with over 20 years hard graft behind me. I am married to my wife Amanda and have 2 kids Katie 18 and Christopher 15. Over the past 10yrs I have been getting more and more absorbed in cooking. I love to create great tasting food and to see the surprise and delight on the faces of people that eat it. Brilliant!!! I have fazes, Sometimes Indian curry with all the trimmings. I love Italian and pasta. Roast Dinners, quaint starters and desserts. Love chillis. And I have a lovery big commercial BBQ which helps me produce some fab stuff for parties. It's got to be the traditional family roast. Too many to list. Too many to list.
