Managing a bar China
About this Cook
I am 29 years old and have worked in kitchens since age 15. I have been living/traveling through China the past year and a half. I was running two kitchens in the beach town I've been staying at but now I'm managing a bar. I love cooking food here but there are so many ingredients that are difficult or impossible to get here. I do like the challenge though.

Cajun Appetizer Meatballs
I was running a small kitchen in China the last half a year. I used this recipe. Really good! You're right, the meatballs hold just fine in the freezer making them a real easy one for doing individual orders. I did what others mentioned and cooked mine in the oven with the sauce. I made extra sauce when making mine. I liked to lay down a layer of sauce on the plate and place the balls on top. Very nice and easy dish.
