Double Chocolate Biscotti
this got 3 stars as a biscotti, but it could probably get 4.5 as an ice cream topping. the dough was completely dry and half of it shattered when i tried to slice it! i ended up with a dozen biscotti and two cups of crumbs:(

Quick and Easy Peanut Butter Oatmeal
SUPER yummy!!! I don't even love oatmeal.(haven't eaten it in 3 yrs) Texture is like peanut butter too!!

Applesauce
the only imperfection is the amount of sugar!!! :) i added two of those single serving packets of honey instead of sugar. yum :p
