25 year old Wife and Mommy Casseroles!! :) Specific favorites are bean chili, corn casserole, pasta bakes, anything Mexican! Uh, too many to list! Many of grandma's recipes especially her brownies, sour dough bisquits, homemade egg noodle soup, Iced molasses cookies, Snickerdoodles, etc.. My family also loves our BBQ Brisket on my hubby's side and Aunt Mildred's special. Well, I can't say I've had many triumphs of my own, but I've learned to be inspired by others recipes and make them as quick and easy as possible. Putting a glass pan of brownies on a hot stove unknowing that it was hot. Needless to say there was an explosion, but no one was hurt! I've also had my times of blandness like the rest of us. One time I tried to make a quick pot pie with crescent roll dough and the bottom middle was still gooey when I served it.. bleh!
