White Chili with Chicken
Delicious! We don't like things too spicy, so I added a small can of diced green chiles instead of the jalapeno pepper. Topped it off with cheese, sour cream and a sprinkling of chili powder. I definitely will be making this often this winter!

Lemon Sauce I
Delicious taste, but mine didn't end up as thick as it should have. Probably cook's error.

Favorite Old Fashioned Gingerbread
Fairly good, but a little plain by itself. I made it with a lemon sauce and the sauce really perked it up.
