Classic Spanish Sangria
After following the directions...it was quite strong. But after adding another bottle of red wine...much better. Easy to make and tasted good.

White Peach Sangria
I made this for a ladies get together and everyone loved it! I used peachtree schnapps instead of the peach vodka and it was really good. I used fresh sliced peaches, sliced strawberries and a thinly sliced lime for color. I will definitely make this again, a delicious summertime drink!

Missy's Candied Walnut Gorgonzola Salad
This salad is very simple to make and tasted great! With the addition of a thinly sliced barlett pear, it was a hit! We used "Old Cape Cod" Light Raspberry Vinagrette.
