Chicken Enchiladas II
Delicious! My whole family loved it. I used some leftover shredded chicken that I had and simmered it in chicken broth and fajita seasoning for about 10 minutes or so. I followed the advice below about doubling the sauce, but I found that I had a lot left over. But I would rather have too much than too little. I will definitely be making this again!
