Clam Sauce with Linguine
This is the dish I normally order at an Italian restaurant. I made this recipe tonight and it was just as good as a restaurant. Yummy! I don't even want to know how much fat/calories were in it, but it was very good!

Glazed Cinnamon Biscuits
First off, the directions are a bit confusing. It says to mix all dry ingredients, but really it is just the flour, baking powder and salt. I assumed all dry ingrediants meant including the cinnamon and sugar. My cinnamon rolls had an extra does of cinnamon and sugar. Secondly, the baking time is off. I baked mine for 18 minutes and they burnt. I would say 15 minutes would be good enough. The flavor of the rolls still turned out good. The outside was dry, but I assume that is because they baked too long. The inside was soft and yummy. I will bake these again, but will make sure to bake them less.

Johnny Marzetti Casserole
This was fine. It wasn't anything exceptional, but it was good enough. I actually preferred the flavor as a leftover better then I did when it was fresh. I will probably make this again. It definitely reminds me of something you would find at a potluck.
