I am 30 years old and have enjoyed cooking for most of my life. I dont have all the cooking talent in the world but I do love to do it. I am more of a baker but I am willing to try anything that looks good! I enjoy cooking for others and love to have people ask me for good recipes :) I like to cook traditional family favorites that have been passed down in my family. Simple but excellent food. I am not a fancy cook but I strive for perfection in all that I cook. I welcome all criticism, especially from my husband, because I dont ever want to get to the point where he is eating something that he has hated for years and never had the guts to tell me! I have to say that the only recipe that I pretty much made up by myself is my biggist accomplishment. I got a starter recipe for chicken enchiladas at one point and it grew from there. My entire family begs to come over for them and once they take the first bite, the table goes silent...it gets rave reviews.
