About this Cook
I am 28 years old and getting married very shortly! I dont have all the cooking talent in the world but I do love to do it. I am more of a baker but I am willing to try anything that looks good! I enjoy cooking for others and love to have people ask me for good recipes :)
My favorite things to cook
I like to cook traditional family favorites that have been passed down in my family. Simple but excellent food. I am not a fancy cook but I love to make my meals close to perfection. I love to bake as well.
My cooking triumphs
I have to say that the only recipe that I pretty much made up by myself is my biggist accomplishment. I got a starter recipe for chicken enchiladas at one point and it grew from there. My entire family begs to come over for them and once they take the first bite, the table goes silent...

Best Ziti Ever
Excellent! My entire family loved it and it was really easy to make. I think I will add a little more mozzarella next time as I like lots of stringy cheese in my italian dishes :)

Six Week Bran Muffins
Absolutely perfect. Almost an exact replica of my mom's recipe from when I was a kid. So yummy and moist and they are so easy to keep in the fridge and make whenever you want fresh muffins!
