I love to cook and I have been coming to this website for a long time now. I've also got my first garden going this year (a container garden) and ate my first ever zucchini! I have been married for 4 1/2 years and my husband likes to eat my cooking. He told me the other day I was a great cook (I was making fish sticks and homemade french fries!!). He's a keeper. I actually really love to bake. I'm still venturing out into the cooking world. I still have never cooked a turkey or a pot roast... I love getting together to make candy at Christmas time. When I first got married, I learned how to make mac and cheese like my husband's grandma. That was quite a feat! The first time I made the above mac and cheese, I have the oven about 100 degrees higher than it should have been.....crunchy and dry is NOT good!
